Over the course of my career, I’ve led cross-functional teams across Marketing, HR, Customer Success and Support, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Product, Pricing, Sales, and Business Development building alignment, solving problems, and driving growth across nearly every major business function.
My experience spans diverse industries, including automotive, biotech, manufacturing, pharma, software (SaaS), and luxury goods, giving me a unique ability to adapt, assess quickly, and apply the right strategies to the right context.
Currently, I serve as Vice President of Product and Pricing at PharmSource, where I focus on optimizing our product portfolio and setting pricing strategies that maximize value and drive profitability. Prior to this, I served as Chief Operating Officer at OnTheClock, a rapidly growing SaaS company delivering workforce management solutions to over 175,000 users.
As COO, I played a pivotal role in scaling the business from a startup atmosphere to a recognized industry leader. I led the organization through three consecutive years of record revenue growth, implemented company-wide systems that tripled revenue, and guided the company to being named one of Crain’s Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan two years in a row. I partnered with the CEO in leading 7 departments and built the operational foundation that supported scalable, sustained growth.
From strategy to systems, pricing to product, and process to people, my career has been focused on transforming businesses from reactive to strategic and helping them operate smarter, move faster, and grow with confidence.
Having barely survived two near-death experiences, one being septic shock and the other during delivery of my second child, I learned firsthand that life offers no guarantees, and that realization reshaped my approach to everything. In those moments, it became clear that excuses hold no place in my life—only action and relentless pursuit of goals. Each day is an opportunity never to be wasted. Nothing is impossible with unwavering determination and freight train mentality. My mantra is, “If you want it, go get it.”
This is the motivation behind starting the social community and teaching Excel. My parents were told during one of those experiences that if I wake up from this I will be like a 5-year old and I feel strongly I have to use my skills every day to be out there helping others.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning multiple industries, I bring a deep understanding of business analytics, operational efficiency, and organizational development to my roles.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baker College and an MBA from Macquarie University, giving me a unique perspective on the intersection of human behavior and business strategy. I am always reading books like Traction, Scaling People and Multipliers to taking classes on the side from SEO to SQL to compliance.
Starting out young winning drafting contests and on an electric vehicle race team, my career journey began in automotive, then the beverage industry then a break into entrepreneurship, and back to a more corporate stay in pharmaceutical, biotech, luxury goods, manufacturing, SaaS, and most recently back to pharmaceuticals.
I have had great success in various roles requiring leadership, analytical, and problem-solving ability, having been promoted at least once at each company. During this time, I became known for my ability to implement robust processes, develop high-performing teams, and drive business performance through data-driven decision-making. These experiences not only honed my technical skills but also solidified my reputation as a leader who can bring order and strategy to complex, fast-paced environments.
Beyond my executive responsibilities, I have been recognized as a leading figure in the Microsoft Excel community. My first corporate position began with Excel work all day, every day, and the steep learning curve kick-started my decision to become a self-taught expert. I can now do just about anything imaginable with a spreadsheet, and in 2024, I was honored with the prestigious Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) award for my extensive contributions to the Excel ecosystem. Leveraging my deep expertise under the business XecuteTheVision™, LLC, I have built a growing, loyal following of over 470,000 people across social media, where I share advanced Excel tips, tutorials, and productivity hacks. My influence in the Excel community extends beyond social platforms, as I also offer Excel courses on my website, designed to equip learners of all levels with the skills needed to maximize the power of Excel in their work.
Most recently, I've been selected in the top 50 Women of Influence by Success Magazine, as women who are shaping the world, and recently began mentoring business students through the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State in Detroit, MI.
My latest venture is being a podcast guest and if you're looking for someone to talk business operations and efficiency, hit the button to talk!
I am a wife and proud mom of two daughters and now 3 Maine Coons. When I'm not busy working or teaching Excel tips and tricks, I love spending quality time with my family. Whether it's enjoying outdoor adventures, cheering on kids at their activities, or relaxing at home, I cherish every moment with my family and cats, balancing my professional success with a strong focus on family.
