About

Executive building for execution.
Teaching the world to work smarter.

As COO, I was tasked with scaling a time tracking software company that didn't even use its own scheduling software. We ran on spreadsheets and docs instead just like many other small businesses. File after file created buried in a drive that turned into its own kind of mess, half the team in Excel, half in Sheets, nothing connected, everything slow and manual.

Then it clicked: I love spreadsheets, but they are an output to analyze further, not a foundation & not where a business should be run day to day. Nothing existed that let spreadsheets, automation, AI, and real collaboration actually work together as that foundation. So I built Updoot around the framework I used to triple revenue at that company while achieving best places to work awards multiple years.

MBA. Microsoft MVP. Former COO. I've sat in every seat at the business table across 9 industries, and I build products to solve problems for anyone in business, buried in files, or ready for the structure to scale.

Updoot is what I wish existed back then: 1 platform built to run your entire business that's built with it has to be easy as a guiding principle.
