Xpert is a collection of all the things I've found that Excel can do but it's faster paced lessons so again, to really get good, I suggest stacking Xpert on to get lots of practice to reinforce the concepts.

The Xpert Get Started video teaches you: ribbon basics, cell address, basic math functions, cell reference, row & column features, wrap text, adding rows within cells, formatting & alignment, merge & center, freezing, tables, rounding & decimals, joining, flash fill, find & replace, text to columns, proper, iferror, special values, sort & filter, data validation, protect, sum, autosum, average, max, min, averageif, sumif, countif, conditional formatting, charts, pivot table, vlookup, IF, OR, & AND statements and more pro tips along the way.
Regardless of the class, click on the lessons on the left to watch videos and follow along with me in the workbook. When you're done watching the video, you can press the complete and continue to keep moving along. Once you're done with all of the lessons, you will get a certificate.
You can follow along in the workbook and practice. If you forget how to do something, just go back to your workbook as a reference. When you're done with the 90 minutes, you have a ton more to do and learn on all of the tabs, with videos on each one. This is where the advanced learning starts.

Make your spreadsheet presentable. Rename columns headings, change colors, alignment, split or join text, and fix up capitalization and spacing issues.
Xlookup, Vlookup, advanced Vlookup, Hlookup or just lookup. Which do you use, how and when? Practice here.
Compare and contrast lists, identify duplicates, add search boxes, and assign values from available lists. Create project and job tracking tools.
These are the most useful function Excel offers, yet they can feel complex. Learn everything there is to know, including calculated fields.
Learn how to change cell color based on results using if statements, and use up down arrows or thumbs up and down to indicate results.
Learn or use the dashboard templates, create progress, Gantt, Likert, milestone, speedometer, donut, bullet, tree map, timeline, butterfly, bubble charts, and more.
Use Excel for barcodes, QR codes, signatures, and even Bingo. Create org charts and calendars, and use the camera to take data snapshots.
Add your own custom functions, highlight active cells and auto fit rows and columns automatically when you know the code for Excel.
Developer tab in Excel lets you use button spinners, check boxes, radio buttons, & macros to automate your work.
