About Nicole Hullihen

I've spent over 15 years building teams, processes, and launching products through research, analysis, and collaboration, primarily in high-growth start-up environments across a wide range of industries including automotive, manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and software as a service.

I'm a Microsoft MVP, hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, an MBA from Macquarie University, and am the Chief Operating Officer at OnTheClock, the easiest way for smart, small businesses to track employee time. 

I began this site as a way to combine work experience, daily challenges, and further research of previous MBA projects to assist others. Early on in my first job as an analyst, I wished someone had been able to explain some of these topics in a digestible and practical way.  Learning about various formulas and frameworks isn't enough. They have to be logically applied to solve business problems. 

Over time, I found there is a great interest in data analysis knowledge and so now I publish videos on any kind of Excel or Google Sheets tip, trick or hack you can think of and have the workbook available for purchase on this site so you can practice and learn. I'm part of the Microsoft Excel Creator Program and get the very latest Excel news so I can share with you!
